In the Marvel comics, secret identities are a big deal, with every hero hiding his alter ego. But in the movies, none of the heroes really have a secret identity, and everyone pretty much knows who they are.
Unlike in the films, Thor does have a secret identity when he’s on earth in the comics, and his name is Dr. Donald Blake. In Thor 1, when Jane hands Thor a shirt to wear, the nametag on it actually reads ‘Donald Blake, MD’, which Jane says is her ex.
