Yet again we see a mysterious and odd looking object floating in the water at the beach. This thing was found by someone in Dubai, and they were utterly mystified by it. It looks a bit like an animal, but not like any animal we’ve ever seen. This confusion is due to the fact that it’s only part of an animal.
This is the mantle of a cuttlefish, a fish much like a squid that is known for its excellent camouflage abilities. The person who took the photo didn’t touch it, which is smart, although it would’ve been safe.
