Moving into a place and having to deal with stuff that was left behind is always annoying. But it can quickly stop being annoying and become creepy when you’re dealing with things that can’t really be identified. Someone moved into a new apartment and found this suspicious looking contraption in the corner.
They asked the Internet for advice, and they learned that it was a moisture trap designed to get rid of the moisture in the air in the basement. It’s filled up with crystals that suck up all the humidity. How cool is that?
