When interacting with potential sellers online, it’s important to realize that selling things on social media or other platforms is not their full-time job. They have lives, they have jobs, and they have other things to be doing.
Because of this, you can’t expect a quick response and decision three minutes after you sent the initial message. Not only did this person not get that, but they also decided to demand a refund because they were late picking up their daughter. We think this apology is pretty appropriate.
