We don’t think it’s a stretch to say that human beings in general feel entitled to nature. The existence of our species is predicated on us conquering nature, so it only makes sense that we have to relearn how to be kind to nature as we grow up.
Here’s a person that never overcame their feeling of entitlement over nature. They decided to take a seat on some grass … RIGHT next to the sign that says that you shouldn’t sit on the grass. Maybe they were just really absorbed with Candy Crush or something and didn’t notice.
