Really, how hard is it to just call a place and ask if they’re open? This person got frustrated enough to write a scathing online review for a business just because they didn’t have their special holiday hours posted on the Internet.
First of all, that’s a pretty normal thing, so get used to it. Second of all, you could have just called them! You expect them to go out of their way to update their site but won’t go out of your way for a one minute phone call? Ugh.
