While we don’t condone violence, Leo is certainly onto something. Anyone who deals with customers on a regular basis – and so deals with entitled people on a regular basis – do have to put up with a lot.
They have to deal with people wanting everything from them, and they have to deal with their rudeness. We actually think it was pretty awesome that Subway was able to make 63 last-minute footlongs in an hour because most places would ask this customer to turn around and walk out the door.
