Asking for discounts can often be very insulting, especially within certain businesses. For example, in the tattoo world, prices are put as they are because they not only account for the artist’s time and materials, but also for the creativity that goes into a quality tattoo.
If you want a cheap tattoo, then you’ll get one that looks cheap. This person didn’t seem to get that and continuously tried to get their tattoo for a cheaper price. In the end, the final price actually went up.
