We have so many questions about this post. For starters, why would anyone be giving away a free laptop? Secondly, why is this guy the one in charge of the deal? As someone who needs a laptop for work, they should be doing all that they can to ensure that they can get one for the cheapest price.
Instead, they are stating that it has to be a certain make and size, that they will be choosing between the offers that will supposedly come their way, and that it needs to be delivered.
