Graffiti can be both good and bad and it all comes down to what the person creating the graffiti wants to represent. Some of the good graffiti is often good enough to be featured in an art museum.
The people who ripped this graffiti off the wall must’ve thought so or must’ve at least thought it was worthwhile enough to keep for themselves. Heck, they possibly could’ve even made a couple extra bucks or two selling it off. Not a bad way to go about it.
