There’s a really good backstory to this one. Okay, so what you’re looking at is a statue of the dancer, Margot Fonteyn, located at the Royal Ballet School in London. The saying goes that if a student touches her left hand, it gives them good luck instantly.
When you see the left hand of the statue zoomed in, you can tell that a lot of people believed the saying enough to at least try it. It’s a wonder if any good fortune came to those who touched the hand.
