As much as homeowners enjoy cats, even the most loyal owners will admit that dealing with the damage that they can do with their claws gets to be annoying (and costly).
At certain points, they can do so much damage to a particular object, that it’s better to just let them continue to use it as a scratching post. That’s clearly the case here as this little feline has dug its claws so deep into this wood that there’s no going back. Might as well just let the sucker scratch to its heart’s content.
