It’s always good to get your money’s worth when you buy specific items. Take this cook, for example, as they clearly got every ounce of their money’s worth out of these knives.
When you look at the blades in conjunction with the handles you can see how worn down they are. As long as the blades are still cutting (and getting sharpened) then you might as well keep on using them. This cook clearly feels that way, and we don’t blame them.
