This is relatively minor, but Black Widow does add a beautiful, wrinkle to one bit of established continuity. In early photos from the movie, fans noticed Yelena was wearing a very familiar vest – highly reminiscent of the one Natasha wore throughout Infinity War and in the beginning of Endgame.
Black Widow showed us that the vests weren’t similar, but rather the same one. Yelena gifts the very useful item – “You can put so much stuff in there. You wouldn’t even know” – to Natasha near the movie’s end. It’s beautiful because it’s the first piece of clothing Yelena ever bought for herself after escaping the Red Room’s clutches.
