If you look closely at Natasha’s neck, and we’re not necessarily advocating such an activity, you’ll notice she’s sporting her familiar arrow necklace again. Debuting in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in 2014 and making another appearance in Avengers: Endgame, the necklace is obviously a beautiful tribute to Clint “Hawkeye” Barton.
Indeed, the two were shown to have been friends and partners in the past, as seen in the infamous Budapest conversation in the original Avengers. It’s back again in Black Widow, but the really cool detail is that Joe Russo confirmed the necklace was entirely Scarlett Johansson’s idea.
