When Alexei, Yelena, and Natasha reach Melina’s weird pig farm, they get welcomed by having the owner pull a very large weapon on them. Melina eventually puts it away, though, in a hidden room overflowing with weapons, proving she hasn’t exactly let her guard down despite now spending her life experimenting on swine.
Pay attention to that hidden room, however. In the background are two metallic-looking masks. At this point, comic book nerds pointed like the Leo DiCaprio meme, because in the comics, Melina Vostokoff is a Black Widow antagonist known as Iron Maiden – who wears a mask that’s nearly identical.
