Shameless attempts at obtaining free service and never fails to astound us. This case is an example of that kind of plan. Either this woman was exceptionally sensitive to touch or she had planned this all along. It’s probably not even her first time and she’s probably gotten away with it before.
In all likelihood she’s probably never experienced a burn from a hairstylist before, she just pretends she has. Customers like this give legitimate customers with factual complaints a bad name. They ruin it for everyone!
