There’s no law against getting your haircut while you’re drunk. In that case the person you definitely want sober is the person wielding the sharp scissors. However, an inebriated person arriving at the salon is a different story.
One would hope they were dropped off or walked there. Otherwise, driving a one ton vehicle while sloshed is surely against the law and a danger to others. You don’t want this guy on the road! Granted, this gentleman must have had a good hairdo in his mugshot.
