Yes, most stylists will do their best to cater to their customers, especially if it’s a rookie stylist. It’s tough to build your own client base, but the best thing this person could have done was to offer to have their head shaved.
After all, it’s apparent they don’t know how to take care of a regular head of hair, so why not shave it all off? Hair mats are painful to have combed out, and it’s not worth the time and pain if the customer won’t take care of their hair.
