Fixing leaks really is the worst. You have to deal with the problem immediately; otherwise, it can soon lead to other issues. However, unless you’re a professional plumber, repairing the damage is usually easier said than done.
Unfortunately, we’re not too sure how well this would hold up after a few days. Sure, it looks like it’s been fixed on tightly – and very neatly, too – but it’s no replacement for a permanent fix. Hopefully, whoever did this called a plumber straight after they stopped the immediate problem.
