Ensuring your pipes are secure is always a good idea if you want to save yourself from any plumbing mishaps. That’s why they’re often fixed to brackets like these so that they don’t get knocked about easily.
Unfortunately, it seems that someone may have fixed this bracket too high because the pipe couldn’t quite reach it. That could have been a disaster, but luckily, this person found a simple trick to fix it. They just tied the pipe to the bracket instead and hoped that it would do the job.
