This seems to be the case of miscommunication. Because who in their right mind would place a toilet inside a shower? We’re also not sure what came first – the toilet or the surrounding glass shower walls.
Perhaps the person installing the toilet didn’t notice someone else had started building a shower there, and figured it was just a case of weird taste on the part of the owners. Next time plumber, maybe double check before you get to work..
