We aren’t professional bakers, so take our words with a grain of salt here. But we’re pretty sure that croissants aren’t supposed to look like this. Apparently this is what happens when you have a prospective baker that thinks that the croissants roll themselves up while they bake! We would still eat them, to be honest, as tasty baked dough is tasty baked dough.
But still. Can you really even call these croissants at this point? They’re more like slices of pita bread or something. Again: we would still eat them.
