For some reason, in the 90s, people thought that blue eyeshadow was the way to go when it came to makeup. Celebrities like Reese Witherspoon, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez, all looked like they had gotten into their Mom’s makeup bags and played around until they achieved a look that has an uncanny resemblance to the Joker.
Whoever said blue eyeshadow would bring out any features was wrong. The only thing blue eyeshadow brings out is incompetence with a makeup palette.
