There were two types of tops people wore in the 90s: a vest and a corset. If it was not one or the other, then you were living under a rock or did not care about fashion one bit.
The bodice bandeaus were worn everywhere, from fancy red carpet events with a full length skirt, or to a night out, with everyone’s favorite pair of 90s pants, baggy jeans. This restrictive look has been, thank goodness, done with.
