As horrible and heart wrenching as most natural disasters are, there are some moments that have been captured that really cheer us up. Take this photo, for instance. While Australia dealt with the seemingly endless strife that the recent wildfires brought, many people stepped up to the plate to help out. Here we see a brave man who took it upon himself to help rescue wildlife that otherwise would have been killed in the fires.
This koala is just one of several that he personally risked his life to take out of harm’s way.
