On February 13th, 2017, over 100,000 cubic feet of water flowed through the floodgates of this dam every single second. This dam, which is located in Oroville, California, had experienced a surplus of water due to weather conditions in the days leading up to this outpour, and the water far surpassed the reservoirs capacity.
