This may be the dumbest dog-napper we’ve ever seen. But hopefully thanks to him being so unstealthy about stealing dogs and selling them, he got caught. And we do kind of love the brutally honest sales pitch, where he admits that one of the dogs isn’t as nice, and therefore goes for a lower rate.
But mostly we just hope someone put two and two together, and immediately contacted the poor person looking for their missing dogs, before they got sold.
