What a bummer, because as a rule we always try to take a stroll right through thick bushes, don’t we? We don’t know where this sign is placed, so maybe we’re being quick to ridicule it.
Perhaps there have been plenty of incidents of people barging through these bushes, both injuring themselves and ruining the vegetation in the process, because they thought they were on a pedestrian walkway. So if this in case is a town of dummies, the sign suddenly makes a lot of sense.
