Someone does not trust their husband’s taste, or ability to dress properly for serious occasions. So they (we assume a wife) created this “how to dress – for dummies” type of instruction.
We would be kind of offended if we found this in our closet one day. A better move would have been to offer to help your partner shop for work clothes, and be their personal shopper for the day (and pay, to make it more fun for him).
