This is a hilarious sign, but we’re also perplexed as to why it was needed in the first place. To us, this horse looks neither dead nor ugly. But apparently a bunch of worried passersby have thought at least the former, and contacted the owner (or maybe even the police).
However, these people must have been the kind that have never seen a horse sleeping in real life. Because this is actually not an unusal sleeping position for a horse, and if you just look a little closer, it’s easy to see if it’s breathing or not.
