Ice hockey players are tough, and they take their fair share of beatings throughout their careers. Fights are common, and hockey stars have to be tough to outlast their opponents.
Some players wear their troubles more than others, and back in the 1970s, hockey players were raised to be hard as nails. This is Gump Worsley in his final season as a player with the Montreal Canadiens. He was just 41 years old, but you would never have guessed it.
