So much credit needs to be given to doctors, nurses, and everybody involved in the medical field. A picture like this really proves how devoted some are to ensure that their patients get the best care they possibly can.
As for the details of the photo, a heart transplant was completed, and it took those involved 23 hours to do. Notice the assistant sleeping in the corner of the room and the doctor resting on his stool. Their exhaustion defines this iconic shot so well.
