There are a few different iconic aspects to talk about regarding this image. For one, it was the Duke of Cambridge who ended up visiting Jerusalem in 2018. The reason this was a historical moment is it was the first visit (officially) to the city by a British Royal Family member since 1948.
Additionally, he ended up visiting the grave of his great-grandmother. After spending quite a few minutes at the gravesite, he decided to leave a bouquet of flowers out of respect.
