Both in the first and second Shrek movie, we see the Big Bad Wolf hanging out in a nightgown (which is clearly a reference to the fact that he ate Little Red Riding Hood’s grandmother and stole her outfit…). But in the second movie, the animators kept developing that character, so to speak, while also making a not so subtle reference to adult themes (again).
The Big Bad Wolf is reading a magazine called Pork Illustrated , which is clearly a spoof of Sport Illustrated and its famous swimwear addition. And he’s snacking on some bacon flavored pork rinds while doing it.
