Michael Eisner is a former Disney executive officer who was notorious for being difficult to work with (so much so that he was fired in 2005). Shrek producer Jeffrey Katzenberg, who was a Disney chairman for many years, couldn’t stand Michael. So he made sure Lord Farquaad was made in his image. Pretty savage!
