When it’s your job to work with this piece of medical equipment every day, you’d like to think you know what you’re doing. This person seemingly became complacent to the fact that this is actually one giant magnet and anything metal should not be in the room.
Too bad they checked around, didn’t find anything with metal on it, and powered up the machine. It didn’t take them long to realize they had forgotten to get rid of the metal cabinet as it came crashing toward the patient.
