This is what happens when you drink a can of soda: Your sugar levels skyrocket within 20 minutes of drinking the cola. Then the liver turns that sugar into fat. Keep in mind that the World Health Organization doesn’t recommend consuming more than 6 tsp of added sugar each day.
And, yet, one measly can of soda has almost 10 heaping teaspoons of sugar! And, on top of all that sugar already in the drink— causing all this ruckus in her body—this lady decides to add one more packet.
