A rider is the industry term for the list of food, drinks, and other things a famous person wants in their dressing room when appearing on a show. And yes, if you’re now suspecting Ellen’s rider is as ridiculous as the most diva celebs out there – you’re right.
One guy who used to work on the Letterman Show was tasked with getting all of Ellen’s rider items; a list of 50 things, one a very rare cauliflower puff snack. He had to drive to 15 stores before finding them. The best part? She didn’t even touch them…
