[post_page_title]Strict audience rules[/post_page_title]
In addition to the annoying and seemingly arbitrary rules that Ellen forces her staff to abide by, there is also an almost endless list of rules that audience members must follow if they want to be on Ellen’s show. This is true for most shows with live audiences, but they are particularly strict on her program.
No shorts, no T-shirts, no matching outfits, no standing, clap when you are told, smile all the time, et cetera. You better believe that being in the audience of the Ellen DeGeneres Show is pretty much like going to work!
