There’s been a steady stream of accusations of how Ellen doesn’t treat her staff as you’d expect from someone who’s entire brand is about kindness (so much so the show is now even under investigation by WarnerMedia).
One such account shared by a girl on Twitter said her sister would always say hello to Ellen when bumping into her in the hallways (a daily occurrence). Ellen would not even acknowledge her existence by replying, or smiling, or even giving a nod. For two whole years. That’s pretty cold…
