Leg slits are tricky, and they only look good on certain dresses. One unwritten rule is that a bold slit should be combined with a slightly more conservative top part, in order for the look to stay classy. So here, we just feel like the dress went a little overboard.
The plunging neckline is pretty, and so is the leg slit. But, together it’s just too much. Personally we would have loved to keep the neckline, but had the dress’ skirt part flow uninterrupted to the floor.
