Everyone knows Sylvester Stallone was Ravager pirate Stakar Ogord in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Let’s talk about his other teammates instead. First, there’s Stakar’s wife Aleta, portrayed by Star Trek: Discovery’s Michelle Yeoh. Then, there’s Charlie-27, played by Ving Rhames. The last two members are more interesting.
There’s the diamond-skinned Martinex, who’s played by a completely unrecognizable Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor in Smallville). Finally, there’s Mainframe, who’s really just a robotic head. Its only line – “I missed you guys so much!” – was provided by… Miley Cyrus! Apparently, she got the role literally because director James Gunn liked her voice on, well, The Voice.
