Tupac Shakur struck in the late 80s and grew to be one of the most influential artists of the rap genre, although you can hear certain fans calling his songs “his own thing.”
This is mainly because he believed in music as a way to communicate a message to the masses, molding the rap song stereotype as a medium to tell his poetry. His last-known photo was taken in a SUV, just moments before a drive-by shooting took over his life. The responsible for the event remains unknown to this day.
