Does living in the wild sound exciting for you? Well, you just ask Christopher McCandless. The man decided to take a different approach to life and spend his twenties hiking through America. His adventures made him an icon, gaining a following under the pseudonym “Alexander Supertramp.”
He was found lifeless inside his “home,” an abandoned bus, in 1992. He apparently passed due to starvation, though no one knows for sure. If you don’t recognize him from the photo, there’s both a book and a film about him that you might be interested in.
