George Michael jumped from Wham! to his solo career in the late 80s, and if we both remember him to this day, it’s because things went pretty smooth for him since.
He was very involved in his music, as seen in this photo, up until his passing in late 2016 — ironically on Christmas Day, considering that Last Christmas is one of his most famous songs. It was reported that he had passed away for natural reasons, which is rather sad, as he was just 53 years old.
