Jazz, rock, pop, funk, R&B… if there’s something in common between all of these genres, it’s probably that they have a hit composed by Prince. The artist made it big despite falling a bit off in stature, and his extravagant personality is still remembered to this day.
His last known photo was taken near his house in Minnesota, as he was coming back from a local pharmacy. Lights were shut for Prince in 2016 when he was 57 years old, apparently because of an excess of pain medication which intoxicated him.
