American customer service, even when you are actually speaking to other Americans, is kind of the worst. When it comes to the big companies, then, getting disconnected is about as easy as pulling your own teeth out with Q-tips. Begging them doesn’t help. Threatening them doesn’t help. Even crying doesn’t help.
Well, this guy apparently found the one thing in the known universe that DOES help. He told the customer service rep that he’s going to the big house, and there really isn’t much to say to that except “don’t drop the soap.”
