When it comes to certain types of stores, the employees often know more than you about the products. And in places like computer stores or musical instrument stores, like in this example, sometimes they try to do a number on you.
This guy knew exactly what he wanted, but the guitar store worker was pretending he didn’t know what he was talking about. Instead, she tried to sell him something more expensive which he didn’t need. Not very classy.
