So far we’ve only talked about scarring shopping stories from the customers or retail workers’ point of view. But there are others involved in this crazy business. Security guards are in all malls, and they too get treated unfairly once in a while.
During Black Friday especially, security guards have the difficult task of controlling the crowds and making sure everyone can shop and work safely. But this poor guy didn’t even get a chance to get started. He got punched in the face before even starting his shift.
